In many cases, projects located in remote or rural settings require preliminary clearing, and site access for road construction, utilities etc. prior to establishing building sites and view corridors, before vertical construction begins. This work can be structured on the owners timeline.
Real Estate Investor Opportunities:
In the past we have partnered with select individuals and small group investors who wanted to add real property to their portfolios for both short and long-term gain. This concept can be structured in several ways.
On previous team projects, we have delivered absolute ‘hard cost’ final product, without project mark up or builder fees. Investors provide construction and permanent financing. This method consistently generates higher margin opportunities for the investor and the builder on projects slated for sale, or on build and hold projects providing significant equity for easy (LTV) finance options where both parties hold negotiated equity positions.
